Q:

What happens if I have a medical emergency in my home?

A:

If you’re in distress, tug on one of the emergency pull cords located throughout your apartment home. A member of our security team will arrive within minutes. For added peace of mind, your front door is fitted with a sentry latch. Each night, our security team flips the latch up. If the latch remains in place the following day, we’ll first call, then knock, then enter your home to make sure you’re okay.

Q:

How qualified are your doctors?

A:

Our full-time doctors specialize in senior care for our residents. Because they see fewer patients than doctors with larger practices, they can offer you more time and attention—not to mention same-day appointments.
