Can I rent out my apartment home?

Sorry, no. Per the terms of our residence agreement, you cannot rent out your home. Only the individuals on the contract may be residents here.

What happens if I have a medical emergency in my home?

A:

If you’re in distress, tug on one of the emergency pull cords located throughout your apartment home. A member of our security team will arrive within minutes. For added peace of mind, your front door is fitted with a sentry latch. Each night, our security team flips the latch up. If the latch remains in place the following day, we’ll first call, then knock, then enter your home to make sure you’re okay.
