From Working the Front Desk to Resident Life Manager, Fiona Divecha celebrates 18 years working at Riderwood

Silver Spring, MD (February 19, 2018) – In 2000, Fiona Divecha worked the front desk on the weekends at Riderwood, an Erickson Living retirement community in Silver Spring, MD, while she attended college. Now, 18 years later, she is a Resident Life Manager at Riderwood.

Over the past 18 years, Divecha has worked in General Services and Resident Life. Prior to becoming Resident Life Manager she was the Philanthropy Manager at Riderwood.

Silver Spring, Maryland— Lifelong learning opportunities abound for residents of Riderwood.

This year, there were 88 enrollees for the Art of Ceramics classes offered at the Erickson Living retirement community, via the Prince George’s Community College system and taught by resident Won Yin.

Riderwood Opens The Glen at Orchard Point

Silver Spring, Maryland— With the cheers of an enthusiastic audience, residents and employees of Riderwood cut the ribbon on The Glen at Orchard Point (The Glen), the new assisted living expansion at the Erickson Living retirement community.

Since 2008, Mrs. Kelly has served as the Director of Human Resources of Oak Crest. Previously, she worked at Mercy Medical Center for twenty-seven years, including as Director of Employment and Employee Relations.
