Continuing Care Neighborhood at Riderwood Earns 5-Star Rating from Federal Agency

SILVER SPRING, MD---The Continuing Care Neighborhood at Riderwood retirement community attained the maximum score in the four signature categories of the Five-Star Quality Rating System administered by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The Erickson Living community earned a 5-star rating in the Overall, Health Inspection, Staffing and Quality Measure categories, updated in May, 2013.  It is the sixth consecutive year that Riderwood has been rated 5-star overall. Riderwood to Host 6th Annual Mah Jongg Tournament on August 1st

SILVER SPRING, MD---Riderwood, the Erickson Living retirement community, will host its 6th Annual Mah Jongg Tournament on Thursday, August 1st. Open to the public, the five-round competition will be governed in accordance with the National Mah Jongg League.  Approximately 100 Mah Jongg enthusiasts from the mid-Atlantic participated in the 2012 tourney.
