Hundreds Attend Sales EXPO at Riderwood

March 28, 2019

Silver Spring, MD:  More than 180 people attended the annual Spring EXPO at Riderwood, an Erickson Living developed and managed community in Silver Spring, MD.

The guests, which included a mix of priority list members and new visitors, discovered the benefits of maintenance-free retirement at Riderwood.  They toured the campus, explored available apartment homes, sampled fabulous cuisine, met with the leaders of the many Riderwood groups and met with a number of resident ambassadors.

"The success of this annual EXPO is attributed to the many staff members and residents who gave their time to help us out," said George Mishraky, Director of Sales, Riderwood.  "This event is such a great way to showcase Riderwood. There was a vibrant, positive energy that consumed Montgomery Station and all the adjacent hallways.  So many guests, resident ambassadors and staff members took me aside to share the same sentiment.  To me, that energy, which surged from our collective efforts, attitudes and determination, is what lead to our success, to achieve and exceed the goals we set out for ourselves that day."

This year, 183 total guests attend, 10 joined the priority list, 30 requested an appointment to come back and take the next step and 8 reserved an apartment!

"We can absolutely say that the Riderwood EXPO was a huge success," said Mishraky.  " A BIG THANK YOU to everyone at Riderwood and our Corporate office for helping to make this event happen.  You all exceeded our expectations!"
