Riderwood to Host A Feast for the Eyes II, an Artwork Showcase, May 7-9

SILVER SPRING, MD--- The celebration of art holds a special place for residents of Riderwood, the Erickson Living community.  Their creativity and professional-level quality will take center stage during A Feast for the Eyes II, a showcase of original artistry. 
Forty-two residents and employees will display over 165 pieces, including paintings, metal weavings, silk screens, photography and sculpture.  They will be available during the showcase to discuss the processes and stories behind their work with attendees.
Sponsored by the Riderwood Diversity & Inclusion Committee, the 3-day event will take place during the following dates and times:
Wednesday, May 7th 2pm-7pm Thursday, May 8th 2pm-7pm Friday, May 9th 10am-2pm
Feast for the Eyes II is part of several events at Riderwood to celebrate Active Aging Month in May.
The gallery of artwork will be displayed at the campus of Riderwood in Maryland Hall (Montgomery Station Clubhouse).  Riderwood is located at 3120 Gracefield Road in Silver Spring. 
The showcase is open to the public with free admission.
