Seabrook Watercolor Group Creates 2016 Calendar

Residents from the Watercolor Class at Seabrook, an active continuing care retirement community in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, created a 2016 calendar featuring beautiful watercolor paintings of stunning landscapes, charming still lives, and outdoor scenes of children playing in the snow. All proceeds from the sales of the calendar will benefit the Benevolent Care Fund at Seabrook.

"This is a wonderful way to showcase our work and give back to our community," said Janice Pedersen, a member of the watercolor group.

Each week the residents meet on campus and paint under the instruction of artist Cindy Allen....

Seabrook Employees Participate in American Red Cross Blood Drive on December 7

Tis' the season for giving—and Seabrook employees are helping to make that happen. Over 30 employees at Seabrook, an active continuing care retirement community in Tinton Falls, participated in the American Red Cross Blood Drive held on campus on December 7.

The Seabrook Erickson Way Values Committee, a group of employees who work to improve the community-at-large one project at a time, organized the event in partnership with the Jersey Shore Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Holiday Bazaar on December 4 at Seabrook in Tinton Falls

Bring a friend and shop for handmade, one-of-a-kind gifts at Seabrook’s Holiday Bazaar.

Seabrook, an active continuing care retirement community in Tinton Falls, will hold a Holiday Bazaar on December 4 in the Fireside Restaurant from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Local vendors/crafters and Seabrook residents will sell items for the holidays including jewelry, hand-knit items, woodcrafts, ornaments and more. The event is free and open to the public.

TINTON FALLS, NJ – The Borough of Tinton Falls has an approximate population of 20,000 residents with nearly eight-percent living at the Seabrook retirement community on Essex Rd. Seabrook is well aware of its large population, including nearly 1,000 employees.

TINTON FALLS, NJ - The Seabrook community once again did its part to assist local students looking to get a good education by providing them with some tools of the trade. For approximately one month, residents and staff donated a variety of school supplies, including pens, pencils, notebooks, crayons and calculators to the United Way of Monmouth County.
