Seabrook Staffers Give Their Time to Help Hydrate Runners as Part of Ongoing Volunteerism to Community

TINTON FALLS, NJ - Some very special, and dedicated, members of the Seabrook staff, along with members of their family, played a crucial role in helping out at the recent Annual RunAPalooza, which raised benefitted the New Jersey Special Olympics. They regularly donate their time and talents helping a host of non-profit organizations by providing support for organizations such as the FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties, SPCA and the United Way of Monmouth County. In their latest endeavor, residents collected clothing to help Monmouth County residents looking to dress for success through a special program sponsored by a local non-profit aimed at helping those in need. Continuing Care Residents Share Reading Gift With Children

TINTON FALLS, NJ - To help celebrate the importance of reading, Seabrook held a special event in conjunction with Dr. Seuss' Birthday. Residents in Continuing Care at Seabrook, the community's skilled nursing/assisted living facility, volunteered to read to some local children. Residents Alice Golden, Gertrude Lewis and Estelle Kraemer all read well-known Dr. Seuss stories to about 10 children. Seabrook also held a small party which was attended by about 20 additional residents, family and friends where they enjoyed snacks. Seabrook Continuing Care Community Receives 5-Star Rating

TINTON FALLS, NJ - Continuing Care at Seabrook received a 5-Star Rating from U.S. News & World Report for 2014 and voted a "Best Nursing Home" in the United States by the publication. Each year the state of New Jersey inspects nursing facilities and rates them based on various categories which are reported federally to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.
