TINTON FALLS, NJ - Continuing Care at Seabrook received a 5-Star Rating from U.S. News & World Report for 2014 and voted a "Best Nursing Home" in the United States by the publication.
Each year the state of New Jersey inspects nursing facilities and rates them based on various categories which are reported federally to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid. Some of the categories include nurse staffing, quality measures and the annual Department of Health survey.

Continuing Care at Seabrook offers long term care, short term rehabilitation and assisted living care. There are 95 assisted living beds and more than 86 skilled nursing beds at the community.
