What's Included in the Cost?

Package Pricing:

Choose from a variety of assisted living apartments and service packages to meet your individual needs. There are two costs associated with assisted living, a onetime Refundable Entrance Fee* and a monthly assisted living service fee that covers the cost of utilities, maintenance, and care services. The cost of your assisted living care package is determined by the degree of care needed and the most common includes the following services:

  • Meals
  • Housekeeping
  • Laundry
  • Cable
  • Use of all amenities on campus
  • An enriched lifestyle in a small household setting
  • 24-hour assisted living nursing staff
  • Multiple levels of care in our continuing care building
  • On-campus medical center physicians caring for only Seabrook residents
  • Unmatched optimal staffing ratios

For individuals who are not current residents of the Seabrook, a onetime 90% Refundable Entrance Fee of $125,000 is required. 

The assisted living service package fee ranges from $8,067 to $16,302 per month.
