Seabrook’s Continuing Care Neighborhood Named “Best Nursing Home” by U.S. News & World Report

For the second consecutive year, The Gardens, the continuing care neighborhood of Seabrook Retirement Community in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, was named a “Best Nursing Home” and received a 5-Star Rating from U.S. News & World Report.

U.S. News evaluated more than 15,000 homes nationwide, in every state and nearly 100 major metropolitan areas. This year, nearly 2,300 nursing homes earned the designation of a U.S. News Best Nursing Home.

 

Seabrook is one of 10 Erickson Living-managed communities nationwide selected by U.S. News & World Report for this honor. Since its inception in 2009, the U.S. News nursing home ratings have relied on data from Nursing Home Compare, a program run by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that sets and enforces standards for nursing homes.

 

The nearly 2,300 nursing homes that earned the designation of a U.S. News & World Report Best Nursing Home for 2017-18 represent about 15% percent of all homes.
