Senior Health Care at Seabrook
At Seabrook, we believe it’s important to support your health and wellness, rather than simply treat you when you’re sick. That’s why our community’s wellness philosophy extends far beyond our on-site medical center and full-time staff of physicians. Here are just a few of the ways you can enhance your physical, mental, and emotional health at Seabrook:
Learn something new. There are always opportunities to take classes in our woodshop, art studios, computer lab, and music rooms.
Get in some cardio. Our modern fitness center is staffed with knowledgeable personal trainers, who work with you to create an individual workout plan to match your needs and skills. Also, the all-season pool has fun classes, no matter the weather!
Make new friends. With over 100 clubs and activities meeting on campus, you’re sure to meet people who share the same interests as you—and maybe a few people who can introduce you to some new hobbies, too.
Grab a bite. Seabrook chefs work very hard to plan healthy meals every day at each of the community’s three on-site restaurants.
Seabrook offers multiple levels of care right on our Jersey Shore campus. Assisted living, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term care are all available, should you ever require these services.
You do not have to be a current Seabrook resident to receive care here.
Seabrook residents are eligible for Erickson Advantage®, a group of exclusive health plans designed specifically with the needs of residents in mind*. Our staff members work on-site at your community and strive to provide the personalized attention you deserve. For more information, visit the Erickson Advantage website.
*Plans are insured through UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company or one of its affiliated companies, a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in the plan depends on the plan's contract renewal with Medicare. H5652_160513_065807 Accepted
