We are committed to supporting residents who experience unexpected financial difficulty. Each Erickson Senior Living community has a fund dedicated to assisting eligible residents. The mission of every Erickson Senior Living community—to care for our residents no matter their financial position—is reflected in our three-decade-long track record. No one has ever been asked to leave due to a genuine inability to pay because of circumstances beyond their control. Please refer to the Residence and Care Agreement for details.

What happens if my health changes after I’ve moved to Siena Lakes?

As a continuing care retirement community or CCRC, an on-site continuing care neighborhood is part of our master development plan. We will offer on-site assisted living and memory care in the future.

No. The community is responsible for obtaining a new contract on your home once you release it.

Will the cost of my entrance fee ever increase?

A:

No. Your entrance fee is a onetime payment that's 80% refundable should you ever decide to move. Once you've locked in your deposit, you will never be asked to put more money down. However, because retirement costs can increase, the sooner you lock in your onetime entrance fee, the better.
