Don't be rash...get the shingles vaccine

If you have had chickenpox, you are at risk for shingles. Also known as herpes zoster, shingles is a disease that affects an estimated two in every ten people in their lifetime. This year, more than 500,000 people will develop shingles. It is most common in people over age 50.
