Red Robin View

Construction announced for new Ashby Ponds residence building

Created date

February 22nd, 2011

I have been happy that I made the decision to move to Ashby Ponds since the day I moved in, says community member Mary Means. There are so many different groups and interesting ways to meet new friends. I would endorse living here to anyone. Since Ashby Ponds doors first opened in the fall of 2008, more than 500 community members like Mary Means have begun enjoying the numerous benefits of the Erickson Living lifestyle. In fact, less than one year after the community opened, demand necessitated the early construction of two additional residence buildings. And now it seems that still is not enough. For the first time since 2009, Ashby Ponds will expand again with the construction of a new residence building Red Robin View. Work is anticipated to begin later this spring with the first new community members moving in early next year. After carefully listening to what people were saying, Red Robin View will offer our most popular and in-demand apartment styles, says Ashby Ponds Sales Counselor Dana Bradshaw. We will also offer many new floor plans in response to what our customers are asking for.

Tradition continues

Like Ashby Ponds other buildings, Red Robin View will offer all the amazing benefits that come with choosing the Erickson Living lifestyle. Each new apartment home will boast impressive views of the landscaped grounds, while offering easy accessibility to the Cardinal Clubhouse via glass-enclosed walkways. Inside the clubhouse, community members will enjoy the conveniences of two restaurants, an on-site medical center, fitness center, day spa, classrooms, computer lab, and art studio. As a member of the Ashby Ponds community, I don t just have things to do, I have new and different things to do that keep my mind and body exercised, says Pauline Masquith. Plus there s the physical security, medical facilities, no meals to cook, and no reason to leave the campus if I don t want to. Sometimes I almost feel guilty living here, because I don t have yards to tend, snow to shovel, or repairs around the house. I tell anyone who asks that this is a great place to live and I m glad I made the move.

Procrastinators may lose out

In preparation for the upcoming construction announcement, Ashby Ponds is currently offering a $20,000 incentive to anyone reserving a currently available apartment home. This is a great time to join the growing Ashby Ponds family, says Bradshaw. I encourage anyone wishing to learn about this incentive or Ashby Ponds future to call and schedule an appointment with me.
