It s the least expensive way to update an older property. I ve seen $500 worth of staging make the difference. I keep a list of preferred stagers and accompany them to help accessorize your house. Pick the best real estate agent. I provide multiple referrals so you can choose the agent you re most comfortable with. Price your house within the market. That s vital. Request a detailed market analysis from each of the agents I refer you to. Participate in the process. To back up those analyses, also get an official appraisal for your purposes, not for public record. Because the official appraisal is such an important tool, Maris Grove will cover that cost for reserved priority list members. Q: What are my responsibilities while the house is listed?
