Personal moving consultant aids people through every step of the process

When Colleen Rosica s husband saw the help wanted ad for a personal moving consultant position at Ann s Choice, he said, Hon, this has your name written all over it. They wanted someone with a real estate and home staging background, she says. I m a residential Realtor ' and an accredited home stager. Working at Ann s Choice seemed like a great opportunity to use my background in a different way. For more than three years, she s done just that. Proven track record

Her real estate agents have proven track records of pricing homes correctly and selling them in a challenging market. In Bucks and Montgomery counties, from January 1 through June 30 this year, the average number of days on market was 105 days, she says. But for people who used our preferred real estate agents the average was 62 days. Fewer days on market typically means more profit.

Staging makes a difference too. What I ve seen time and again, says Rosica, is that clean, light, and bright sells your home. If it s meticulously clean with light fixtures washed and windows sparkling, people perceive it as a very well-cared-for home.
