The excitement at Highland Springs is palpable these days as the community s new continuing care neighborhood prepares to open its doors. Following months of anticipation, the new neighborhood, offering four levels of care post-acute care, assisted living, memory care, and long-term care is a welcome addition to the North Dallas Erickson Living community. Independent living residents, priority list members, and interested guests have toured the new neighborhood for the past several weeks, praising its state-of-the-art design and innovative programming. Here s the buzz from around the community. The new continuing care neighborhood is absolutely beautiful. It exceeds all my expectations. The interior is spacious and warm. It feels like a home. I don t think there s anything in Dallas like it. Walter Zulch, member of the resident advisory council The architect and designers of the new continuing care neighborhood thought of everything. There are so many thoughtful features throughout, like the in-room sensors that alert the staff when a resident gets up in the middle of the night. It s just incredible. Mary Zulch, Highland Springs resident The new continuing care neighborhood will provide an ideal experience for residents and guests to foster healing. The building is outstanding; the staff and programming are superb. We look forward to offering the highest quality care. Mary Norman, M.D., Highland Springs Medical Director No one else in the industry will be able to do what we will do, and that s offer person-centered, holistic care with a focus on hospitality.
