December 25th, 2012

Continuing care at Eagle s Trace moves one step closer to its grand opening as outpatient rehabilitation begins this month. Licensed therapists will offer services in three rehabilitation disciplines physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. Services are available to current Eagle s Trace residents and outside guests. We re pleased to open the outpatient rehabilitation gym and offices in our new continuing care neighborhood, says Executive Director Ben Cornthwaite. This step marks the beginning of care provided through the new neighborhood. It s an exciting milestone, and we look forward to offering the full continuum of care in the near future. When it opens, continuing care at Eagle s Trace will offer 112 private residences across all levels of care post-acute care, assisted living, memory care, and long-term care. The new neighborhood will offer personalized care from on-site physicians and registered nurses.
