The community recently produced a new brochure with updated and more detailed information about the independent retirement lifestyle it provides to thousands of active older adults in your area. The new brochure that Riderwood offers gives a much more in-depth look at what we have to offer, as well as a revamped and updated look, Riderwood Sales Associate Ryan Barkley says. It now gives our sales associates the opportunity to customize the information in the brochure to meet the customer s needs and wants.

Amenities to financials

The colorful 45-page brochure is chock full of information about the many amenities available at Riderwood, including its on-site banks, pharmacy, computer labs, woodshop, art studio, salon, day spas, and six distinct restaurants that serve a total of 25 different entr es each night for dinner. The brochure gives readers a glimpse into life at Riderwood by providing detailed descriptions and photographs of the various apartment home models available at the community. It also shares a representative list of the hundreds of resident-run clubs and committees that provide endless opportunities for socializing and continued learning. Inside the pages of the new brochure, readers will also find important information about financing a move to Riderwood and a breakdown about what is included in the monthly service package.
