The best way to sample Grove’s active, engaged, and carefree lifestyle is during a personal, 60-minute visit with Sales Counselor Kimberly Janson. She’ll answer all your questions about EricksonLiving’s retirement community in Delaware County, Pa.

“I’ll focus on what matters most to you,” Janson says. “We’ll discuss everything you want to know because Maris Grove needs to be the right fit for you.”

You can rest assured you’ll receive clear and complete answers to questions about Maris Grove’s fee-for-service structure, the amenities included in its monthly service package, and the refundable entrance deposit protects your finances and your future.

You’ll also learn about Erickson Living’s Home for Life Commitment and what it means to live at a continuing care community.

“While people hope they’ll never require a higher level of care, they also want to know how the financial issues are handled should that need arise,” Janson says. “I can explain the simplicity of how that works.”

Maris Grove strives to keep community members active, healthy, and independent throughout their lives. So Janson will tell you about the community’s health-related amenities like its on-site, full-service medical center staffed by full-time Maris Grove physicians; its home health team whose assistance helps residents remain living independently; and its comprehensive rehabilitation and continuing care neighborhood also on campus.

She’ll also let you know about additional wellness amenities such as flavorful meals prepared from fresh ingredients, ample opportunities for staying fit, and more than 180 clubs and activities.

Because the appointment’s agenda is up to you, simply ask to see the medical center—or the fitness center, aquatics center, pharmacy, or any other amenity—and Janson will take you there.

You can also tour one- and two-bedroom apartment homes. Maris Grove has four furnished models.

The first step toward a new lifestyle

If Suzanne McAllister, Maris Grove’s personal moving consultant, is available, Janson will introduce you. She’ll also inform you about McAllister’s services, which are complimentary to members of the community’s priority list.

McAllister is an expert at turning the seemingly overwhelming process of downsizing and moving into a nearly stress-free experience.

The priority list, comprised of people who plan to move to an Erickson Living community, allows prospective residents to reserve their place in line for the apartment home of their choice.

All it takes to join is a fully refundable $1,000 deposit and a $150-per-person nonrefundable application fee. When prospective residents submit their deposit, that date is noted as their priority list date. That date never changes.

Once a preferred floor plan becomes available, the sales team gives first right of refusal to priority list members based on their joining date.

As Janson will explain, joining the list doesn’t commit you to moving immediately. Some members stay on the list for years knowing their place in line is reserved whenever they decide to move.

She’ll also review other valuable benefits priority list members receive.
