A personal appointment with Choice Sales Counselor Marie Dmoch lasts 90 minutes—ample time to answer all your questions and truly give you a feel for EricksonLiving’s retirement community in Bucks County, Pa.

Coffee, conversation, and a campus tour customized to your interests will highlight the agenda. A sunny summer visit will include a stroll across the village green to sample the magnificent landscaping that beautifies every corner of the campus.

Visit in autumn or on a snowy winter afternoon and you’ll likely tour via glass-enclosed, climate-controlled links and bridges that connect all the campus buildings.

You’ll see whichever amenities interest you, perhaps the aquatics and fitness center, the libraries, bank, or performing arts center. You can also see the pharmacy and the full-service medical center staffed with full-time Ann’s Choice physicians.

The tour will also include apartment homes. The community developed 30 different floor plans, three of which are always available for tours as furnished models. If you’re interested in a different, specific style and it’s available, Marie will show it, too.

All about you

During your appointment, tell her about your lifestyle and how you want to live at Ann’s Choice. If you’ll always dine at campus restaurants and off-campus eating venues because you no longer cook, a home with a galley kitchen might suit your needs.

If you do intend to cook some meals, will you prefer an eat-in kitchen? Will you want space for your large dining room table?

Will you need a larger bedroom to accommodate a king-size bed?

She’ll help you sort out these questions and find a category of floor plan that fits your needs.

The next step to worry-free living

If Colleen Rosica, Ann’s Choice’s personal moving consultant, is available, Marie will introduce you. With the community for six years, Rosica has assisted more than 600 residents in a stress-free move.

She makes home visits, gives staging advice, and provides referrals to a national network of preferred moving vendors. Those reputable, reliable vendors extend from preferred real estate agents to a host of other specialized move-related professionals.

Rosica’s services are complimentary to members of the community’s priority list.

The priority list, comprised of people who plan to move to an Erickson Living community, allows prospective residents to reserve their place in line for the apartment home style of their choice.

All it takes to join is a fully refundable $1,000 deposit and a $150-per-person nonrefundable application fee.

When prospective residents submit their deposit, that date is noted as their priority list date. When a preferred floor plan becomes available, the sales team will give first right of refusal to priority list members according to their joining date.

But joining the list doesn’t require an immediate move. Your date will never change.

“Joining saves your place in line,” says Dmoch. Because Ann’s Choice is 98% sold out, joining is the only way to ensure a move according to your timetable and limited availability.

Philadelphia born and bred, Dmoch has helped 2,100 people move to Ann’s Choice.

You can ask her anything and expect an honest answer.
