Devonshire now a part of Erickson Living

Southeast Florida community joins premier CCRC operator

As of Jan. 30, Erickson Living, a national leader in developing and managing continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), announced its ownership of and new role as management company for at PGA National and its continuing care neighborhood, Chatsworth at PGA National.

Based in Baltimore, Md., Erickson Living currently manages communities in ten states. They offer diverse senior living options, including independent living, assisted living, post-acute (short-term) rehabilitation, nursing care, memory care, and respite care.

Devonshire opened in 1999 and is located in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. The life care community comprises 327 independent living apartment homes and 124 residences for assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, and rehabilitative care. A variety of unique amenities are available to residents, including valet services, concierge support, and premier dining venues.
