Fox Run isn’t just a great place to live. It’s a great place to work as well. The community provides rewarding careers to hundreds of Michiganders. Because people enjoy working at Fox Run, it’s not uncommon for employees to work at the community for many years.

Recently, several employees were honored with legacy awards and monetary gifts to celebrate 10, 15, and 20 years of service.

Maintenance Supervisor Bob Baker celebrated 20 years; Housekeeper Aurica Gradinaru and Painter Stefan Gradinaru each celebrated 15 years. A number of employees were honored for 10 years of service, including Danny McNeal, director of continuing care; Mary Garwood, customer service and communications manager; Mariah Baker, dispatcher; Mike Bootz, chef de cuisine; Raquel Kassab, dining services manager; Derrick Pirkle, maintenance mechanic; Rachel Pulis, nurse; Felicia Radin, general services coordinator; Meshia Sayles, household associate; and Lori Wynn, housekeeper.

“I think people see Fox Run as a career destination because it truly is a great place to work with clearly defined mission and values,” says Melissa Gallis, director of human resources. “Employees form lasting bonds with residents and each other, and are able to see every day how the work they do makes a difference.”
