Erickson Living community in Tinton Falls, N.J., will complete three brand new apartment homes early this month, each one a large floor plan combining two previously existing homes.

“We are always listening to our constituents’ needs and wants, and trying to meet those needs,” says Seabrook Sales Director Julie Clary.

Though Seabrook is a complete community, meaning no new construction is planned, the property continues to stay modern and relevant with today’s trends.

“Seabrook and Erickson Living have always been ahead of the curve when it comes to retirement living,” Clary says, “from the lifestyle and amenities we offer to the aesthetic design of our apartment homes.”

New custom apartments feature well appointed finishes such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile backsplashes, double vanities, and luxurious color and flooring options.
