If you attend a luncheon or stop in the sales office at Erickson Living community in Tinton Falls, N.J., you’re bound to meet a new, smiling face: Alexis Bouhoutsos.

Seamless sales process

Bouhoutsos joined the Seabrook team as sales manager last fall to help manage the sales process for everyone who has decided to make Seabrook their new home.

“I’m here to make sure everything is done in a timely manner, answer questions, take sales appointments, and follow up with requests from our customers,” Bouhoutsos says. In essence, she aims to make sure everyone’s experience is smooth and seamless.

Bouhoutsos comes from a background of health care sales. She says she jumped at the opportunity to apply for the position at Seabrook because she was aware of the community’s excellent reputation as a place to work and live.

“It seemed like such a great place. People are happy; everyone is welcoming,” she says.

While Bouhoutsos oversees Seabrook’s three sales associates, she also takes appointments. So you might have the opportunity to work with her should you pop in for a tour.

Additionally, once someone reserves an apartment home, Bouhoutsos stays in constant contact to “ensure they are satisfied and taken care of,” she says.

Bouhoutsos says she truly believes Seabrook is a great place to live. “Not only does it embody all the Erickson Living values, but it has beautiful grounds and a great location. You’re just five minutes from the beach and 45 minutes from Manhattan to see a show,” she says. “There is just so much at your fingertips.”

Renaissance woman

Speaking of the beach, Bouhoutsos lives nearby, just a few blocks from the boardwalk in Bradley Beach, with her husband Milton and their six-year-old son Alex.

They recently moved to a 100-year-old house. “We love renovating houses and have done several real estate projects. I also love refurbishing old furniture and interior design, which also comes in handy here at Seabrook,” she says.

While people who have reserved a home at Seabrook have the opportunity to work with Personal Moving Consultant Laurie Williamson to plan furniture layout, downsizing, and the sale of their existing home, they can bounce design ideas off of Bouhoutsos, too.

“We love having Alexis in the office, and our customers and residents do, too,” says Sales Director Julie Clary.

When she’s not working, renovating houses, or enjoying the beach, Bouhoutsos loves to travel and cook. “My husband and I enjoy cooking together, especially Italian and Latin-style cuisine.”
