As Wind Crest welcomed its first 11 residents to the nearly sold-out McHenry’s Crossing in mid November, the Highlands Ranch community also began buzzing with anticipation for Parry Landing, a second new residence building estimated to open next spring.

By the end of 2014, approximately 80 people had moved into their new apartment homes at McHenry’s Crossing. The building sits across the High Line Canal from the original campus, connected by a stunning skywalk, and has its own lifestyle amenities to complement those of the main clubhouse.

“Due to the high demand for new apartment homes at Wind Crest, we are building a second residence building, Parry Landing, which still has limited availability,” says Sales Director Jason Atwell. “Even though McHenry’s Crossing is nearly sold out, people still have the opportunity to reserve a new home here at our beautiful campus.”

Brand new floor plans

Sales Counselor Molly Thorne-Dhieux says Parry Landing offers four brand-new floor plans in addition to the 22 new floor plans that debuted at McHenry’s Crossing. “We listened to our customers and designed these new floor plans with their wishes in mind,” she says.

For example, Thorne-Dhieux says, the Walton floor plan provides ample living space as one of the largest homes available at Wind Crest. The luxury two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath corner apartment home has a utility/storage room, two great rooms, and an expanded balcony or patio. It also has a separate dining area for formal occasions.

“While we still have availability in Parry Landing, my appointment calendar is filling up quickly,” Thorne-Dhieux says. “So it’s imperative that anyone interested in getting a new home at Wind Crest join the priority list and reserve their future home before Parry Landing sells out.”
