Gearing up for an exciting event in April

There has never been a better time to move to Crest, the Erickson Living community in Highlands Ranch, Colo. With three new buildings and more than two dozen beautiful new floor plans—not to mention a robust housing market—“Why would you wait?” says Sales Director Jason Atwell.

“This is an exciting time for people interested in moving to Wind Crest,” Atwell says. “Not only do we have stunning new apartments and floor plans available in our new neighborhood, but the housing market is doing so well, you don’t have to worry about your house selling.”

Plus, he says, Wind Crest offers moving and real estate services to make moving easier than ever.

Reservation expo

New this year, Wind Crest is also hosting a reservation expo on April 9—an exciting concept for priority list members and people seriously interested in moving to one of Wind Crest’s brand new apartment homes.

The event is designed to help people make an informed decision on their new home.

“At the event, we will help people decide which floor plan works best for them, then actually take them to the apartment so they can see it in person and even reserve that day. That way they don’t miss out on the exact floor plan and location they fall in love with,” Atwell says.

All open inventory will be available to tour in the newly constructed neighborhood. “You can see a range of apartments, from spacious one-bedrooms to our beautiful two-bedroom luxury homes,” Atwell says.

The new neighborhood features several new restaurants, a catering room, a terrace and patio, additional community fitness centers, and a 230-seat Arts and Enrichment Center.

People who reserve the new homes will be close to all the new amenities and an indoor walk or shuttle ride from the original neighborhood. A sky bridge connects the two neighborhoods so residents can easily get around regardless of the weather.
