The lowdown on priority list membership at Fox Run

The best way to become better acquainted with FoxRun and the people who live and work there is to join the community’s priority list. Becoming a member is simple and offers prospective residents a host of advantages, perks, and exclusive invitations. 

Sales Manager Kristen Yaquinto shared some of the questions she fields most often about the priority list. Here are her answers to those questions.

Q: What is Fox Run’s priority list, and how does it work?  

A: The priority list is a preferred membership to secure a position for an apartment home. By securing that position, you will be notified when your desired apartment styles become available. 

We encourage prospective residents to join the priority list, which requires a simple application; a fully refundable deposit of $1,000; and a one-time, nonrefundable processing fee of $150 per person. Priority list members reserve a place in line for the apartment home of their choice. 

As I said before, the priority list is a great opportunity for you to secure your future home at Fox Run.

Q: When is the right time for me to join the priority list?  

A: There is no time like the present to join the priority list. Even if you are not ready to move yet, it is the best reason to join because you manage when you want to move.  

Q: How will being a member of the priority list help me figure out if I want to move to Fox Run? 

A: Priority list members are invited on campus several times a year. This gives you a better opportunity to learn about what you would enjoy most about living at Fox Run.  

Q: What are some of the other perks of being a member of the priority list?  

A: Our priority list members are the first to hear about new information, including home availability, new construction, and special offers that could save you money. 

In addition, Erickson Realty and Moving Services is a special program Fox Run provides to our priority list members. Our personal moving consultant can make a complimentary visit to your current home and help coordinate all your realty and moving needs, including downsizing, home staging, packing, and selection of a real estate professional. 

Q: What happens if I join the priority list, but I decide not to move to Fox Run?  

A: If you join the priority list but then decide not to move, rest assured that the $1,000 deposit is fully refundable at any time. 

Q: What might I miss out on if I want to move to Fox Run without having joined the priority list?  

A: Currently, Fox Run is sold out, and we are only working with priority list members to secure their reservations. By not joining the priority list, someone would risk not being able to move when they want to. 

Q: I’m ready to join the priority list. What do I have to do in order to sign up?  

A: Call 1-800-578-1829 to request a priority list application. Once it’s filled out, you can bring it to Fox Run in person or mail it back. We’ll help you with the details.
