Priority list members get first look at plans for new residence building at Eagle’s Trace

Eagle’s Trace recently unveiled plans for its newest residence building at an exclusive event for priority list members.

“Our community is growing, and we’re excited to share the plans with our priority list,” says Sales Director Pam Burgeson. “Eagle’s Trace is 99% sold out, and right now, we don’t have inventory to keep up with demand for new apartment homes. Many of our priority list members have been waiting for the right apartment.”

Spacious floor plans

The new residence building, Amarillo Terrace, will feature 108 apartments with deluxe finishes, beautiful outdoor spaces, a full-service restaurant, fitness center, theater room, and a multipurpose activity space. The building, scheduled to open in fall 2016, will offer 17 new floor plans inspired by customer feedback. 

“Our design team considered input from current residents and priority list members as Amarillo Terrace was taking shape,” says Burgeson. “The new floor plans offer open-concept living areas, generous storage spaces, and most have a patio, balcony, or screened-in porch.”

Beautiful finishes, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and specialty flooring and lighting options, enhance the appeal of the new apartments. Other notable features include full-size washers and dryers in all apartments. A convenient powder room is included in every one-bedroom apartment, and most master bathrooms have dual sinks.

“The floor plans are designed with bright, airy layouts. Many have lake views, allowing the natural beauty of the outdoors to flow right through the apartments,” says Burgeson.

Amarillo Terrace boasts a variety of one- and two-bedroom floor plans, ranging in size from 782 square feet to 1,821 square feet.

“There’s a floor plan to fit every taste and budget,” says Burgeson. “Our one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath Bluebonnet floor plan features an island kitchen and large walk-in closet. The Zachary, our largest floor plan, is a luxury two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath apartment with a den, formal dining room, and fireplace. It’s similar in size and feel to a single family home.”

Priority list benefits

In order to get the best selection of apartments in Amarillo Terrace, Burgeson recommends joining the priority list. Priority list members at Eagle’s Trace put down a fully refundable $1,000 deposit and a nonrefundable $150-per-person application fee to reserve the floor plan of their choice. 

Additional priority list benefits include invitations to exclusive events and parties, early announcements about special offers, use of the medical center at Eagle’s Trace, priority access to the community’s continuing care neighborhood, resources available through Erickson Realty and Moving Services, and the Experience Eagle’s Trace program, which allows priority list members to taste life at the community before they move in.

“Our priority list has grown by 40% in the past year, so we anticipate these new apartments will fill up quickly,” says Burgeson. “I encourage those who are interested in moving to Amarillo Terrace to make an appointment with Sales Counselor Jodie Schroeder.”
