Time is slipping away for prospective residents in Pecan Grove, the newest residence building at Highland Springs, to choose their interior finishes.

“There’s a limited amount of time to choose specialty finishes like cabinets, countertops, and flooring,” says Sales Director Jennifer O’Reilly. “Many options are included at no extra charge if you reserve your apartment by February 1, 2016.”

The sales team at Highland Springs is currently meeting with those who have already reserved an apartment in Pecan Grove to help choose the finishes they want.

“This is an opportunity for our future residents to pick the color of their cabinets, their granite countertops, and their flooring,” says O’Reilly. “They can customize the apartment to suit their furniture and their taste.”

Partners in design

Highland Springs partnered with studioSIX5, a Texas-based design firm specializing in senior living, to create three presentation boards, each with its own distinct look. Future Pecan Grove residents can choose any of the three finish options at no additional charge.

A fourth selection board includes optional upgrades available for an additional cost.

“Every finish on the presentation boards has been vetted according to best practices to create a safe, beautiful, and functional space,” says Linda Allegro, custom interiors coordinator at Highland Springs.

Pecan Grove offers 108 new apartment homes in 9 never-before-seen floor plans and 8 popular floor plans from the community’s current portfolio. Each apartment will feature granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, dual sinks in the master bathroom, and front-load washers and dryers.

“This is a limited-time opportunity to customize your new space,” says O’Reilly. “Don’t let it slip away.”
