Electronic door lock

Every apartment home at Lantern Hill will feature a secure electronic door lock.

Lantern Hill takes security seriously. When the continuing care retirement community opens late this spring in New Providence, N.J., it will have a multitude of security measures in place.

“Our residents are moving to Lantern Hill because it’s a worry-free community. The security measures in place assure our residents they can, in fact, live a worry-free life here,” says Sales Director Randy Carroll.

Security measures at Lantern Hill include:

• Electronic locks on all apartment homes, exterior doors, and garages

• Main entrance staffed by security 24/7

• Secure underground parking for every apartment home

• On-site emergency medical technicians able to respond within minutes

• Secure Wi-Fi included in the monthly service package

Aside from security measures, Lantern Hill offers maintenance-free living—no more leaky roofs or broken water heaters to worry about.

And the on-site medical care makes staying ahead of health concerns a walk in the park—or a walk down the hall, rather. The medical center, managed and operated by Summit Medical Group, will be under the same roof.

“Peace of mind, especially at Lantern Hill, can’t be any better,” says Jeanne Schaefer. “If you don’t like yard work and worrying about things happening to the house or repairs, you should move to Lantern Hill. To me, it’s the answer to a prayer.”
