Devonshire at PGA National Sales Counselor Donna O’Connor encourages people to come visit the community more than once to fully experience the lifestyle and amenities Devonshire offers.

Devonshire at PGA National, Erickson Living’s retirement community situated on 26 lush, tropical acres in Palm Beach Gardens, is known for its luxurious lifestyle.

It provides the added convenience and comfort of a central clubhouse connected internally via climate-controlled hallways to its three residence buildings.

The community’s eclectic mix of activities, live entertainment programming, pre-dinner cocktail gatherings, and five unique and impressively renovated restaurants are just steps away from community members’ customized and upscale apartment homes.

To experience Devonshire’s welcoming ambience and resort-style atmosphere firsthand, Sales Counselor Donna O’Connor invites you to schedule a one-on-one, personalized visit and clubhouse tour.

“We’ve been extremely busy this year, but I schedule personal tours for 90 minutes,” she says. “It guarantees time for you to tell me what’s most important to you and for me to answer all of your questions.”

For example, as a life care community, Devonshire provides a full continuum of care at Chatsworth, its award-winning rehabilitation and continuing care neighborhood.

O’Connor will explain the life care concept and what it means in terms of Devonshire’s financial structure, including how a portion of the monthly service fee may be tax-deductibe for you. The complete details are included in Devonshire’s Residency Contract.

She’ll also describe the extensive world-class services and incomparable amenities included in the predictable monthly fee.

“We know our members are used to the finer things of life,” O’Connor says, “and our goal is to meet or exceed prospective residents’ current lifestyles.”

Meeting with her will include a tour of Devonshire’s beautiful and extensively updated clubhouse and tours of some of its elegant independent living apartment homes, the largest in Southeast Florida.

The welcome mat is out

To fully experience Devonshire’s lifestyle requires more than one visit, says O’Connor.

People who join Devonshire’s priority list receive invitations to return for exclusive events such as cocktail parties and complimentary luncheons or dinners.

Comprising people who plan to move to an Erickson Living community, the priority list allows prospective residents to reserve their place in line for the apartment home of their choice.

All it takes to join is a completely refundable $1,000 deposit.

“Even people who aren’t looking to move any time soon would be wise to join now,” says O’Connor. “We have 34 different floor plan styles and over 300 apartment homes in all. But already there’s a wait for several of our floor plan styles, and the list is only going to grow.”

And since renovations to the clubhouse and restaurants have proven to be so popular, the sales pace has increased since last year.

Priority list members might also be invited to a complimentary evening of cocktails and dinner with community members.

“When they see where community members actually live, they see a real home,” says O’Connor.

Priority list members who’ve attended such an evening are enthusiastic about the experience, O’Connor adds. “They can picture what life will be like living at Devonshire.”
