New floor plan styles and features planned

In response to continued high demand for the Linden Ponds lifestyle, management has decided to construct a new residence building, which will be named Willard Square.

In recent years, Linden Ponds has become so popular with local retirees that the community is nearly sold out. Sales Director Christine Hansen says the apartment homes at the Erickson Living community in Hingham, Mass., are currently 96% occupied and climbing.

‘Supply and demand’

“The need to build is a direct result of supply and demand,” says Hansen. “Occupancy continues to rise, and our expanding customer base has dictated our decision to move forward with construction of a new residence building.”

Willard Square will be Linden Ponds’ ninth residence building, and it will have 104 apartment homes. Nearly all of the apartment homes will feature at least one and a half bathrooms, which Hansen says is in response to direct consumer feedback and market research.

“In addition to many new open floor plans, Willard Square will also feature additional common area spaces to accommodate the growing number of resident activities and clubs,” Hansen says.

Construction on Willard Square is expected to begin this fall, and management estimates the building process will take up to 14 months. Reservations for the new apartment homes will start in early spring to the priority list members.

If you think you might be interested in moving to one of the newest apartment homes at Linden Ponds, Hansen recommends joining the community’s priority list, which essentially holds your place in line for your preferred apartment home style.
