There’s a new face on the general services team at Eagle’s Trace. Tisa Stivers was recently named facilities manager at the West Houston Erickson Living community.

With more than 20 years of experience in the interior design industry, Stivers oversees Custom Interiors at Eagle’s Trace.

Most recently, Stivers worked as a senior interior designer for Knoll Furniture. She’s a member of the American Society of Interior Designers and the International Interior Design Association. Stivers is currently working toward a designation as a Certified Aging in Place Specialist.

“I’m excited for this opportunity to partner with residents to create warm, inviting spaces that reflect their tastes and sensibilities,” says Stivers.

More choices

Custom Interiors at Eagle’s Trace offers a wide range of services to turn every apartment into a beautiful, unique home.

“From assistance with decorating and space planning to adding plantation shutters or a custom closet system, I’m available to help residents with all of their decorating needs,” says Stivers.

With the opening of Amarillo Terrace, the newest residence building at Eagle’s Trace, Stivers has been busy helping new community members personalize their apartments with paint colors, window treatments, and storage solutions.

“Most people are downsizing when they move to Eagle’s Trace, so custom closet systems are one of the most popular Custom Interiors projects at the moment because they maximize storage space,” says Stivers.

Stivers is also available to consult with those who may have lived in their apartments for a number of years and want to freshen up their space.

“Every project begins with an initial consultation,” says Stivers. “I meet with the resident to go over the scope of the project, and then we look at materials. For instance, if a resident wants to replace carpet with wood floors, we have several samples of engineered wood and vinyl wood plank flooring from which to choose.”

Benefit from the best service

Community members who use Custom Interiors at Eagle’s Trace can be assured that their jobs will be completed to the highest standards.

“We hire vendors with proven track records, and I take care of scheduling and supervision so residents don’t have to worry about calling contractors and overseeing them while they’re in their apartments,” says Stivers. “My job is to make the process as stress-free as possible, so all people have to do is enjoy their beautiful, customized space.”
