Devonshire at PGA National, situated on 26 lush and beautiful acres in Palm Beach Gardens, began offering Live Chat on its website last November.

Live Chat is a quick and convenient way for people to ask questions and obtain information online—from a real person—about independent living at Devonshire. 

Simply log on to DevonshirePGA.com. Then look for the green Live Chat button or the popup link asking if you’d like help. Click on either one to be connected for your personal online conversation. 

The service is available during regular business hours, generally 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. 

Live Chat has proved to be a popular service to people interested in knowing more about Erickson Living communities. Of its 19 retirement communities located in 11 states, 8 of them offer Live Chat and the list is growing.

Through last October, Live Chat had generated a total of 4,900 online conversations. And the best part is Live Chat is not “farmed out” to a third-party company. The support at the other end are Erickson Living sales employees.
