If Marilyn Black had a business card, it would read “funmaker.”

Since moving to Eagle’s Trace with her husband Robert more than six years ago, Marilyn has been generating all sorts of fun at the West Houston Erickson Living community.

In May 2012, Marilyn organized a flash mob at Memorial City Mall. More than 40 Eagle’s Trace neighbors and staff members surprised shoppers with a flash mob dance to “The Wobble.”

A year later, Eagle’s Trace residents popped up again at West Oaks Mall with a flash mob dance to “Elvira,” also coordinated by Marilyn. Both performances were posted to YouTube and have generated more than 105,000 views to date.
