Elizabeth and Bernard Nass praise Personal Moving Consultant Anna Greves and her team of experts for their successful move to Greenspring.

Bernard and Elizabeth Nass thought about moving from their Alexandria, Va., house for several years.

“We realized that we wanted to make a transition from our single-family home,” says Elizabeth. “We no longer wished to deal with the work and the costs maintaining our house.”

The couple discussed the move with their two daughters and determined they did not want to wait too long to begin a new chapter in their lives. They explored their options and attended several Greenspring open houses.

“That’s where we first met Personal Moving Consultant Anna Greves,” says Elizabeth. “I can’t say enough good things about her. She is responsible for making this new chapter in our lives a reality.”

After 2016’s harsh winter, the Nasses decided to move to Greenspring in the early part of 2017. However, fate had other plans. In mid-August they received a call that the Manchester-style floor plan they desired was available.

“We were stunned,” says Elizabeth. “We knew that this was our new home, and immediately, the wheels were put into motion. Anna provided invaluable help and resources as we prepared for a very quick move.”

Experts jump in to help

Anna visited the couple in their house providing a list of preferred vendors, all with experience helping others move to Greenspring.

“Everyone Anna suggested was remarkable,” says Elizabeth. “Each, in their own way, helped us tremendously, beginning with our real estate agent who sold our house in only four days.”

Next, Anna helped the couple determine what items in their house they would bring to their new Greenspring home. She also put the couple in touch with a downsizing company and movers.

“It all went so smoothly,” says Elizabeth. “Even the little things that you might not think of were handled well. For instance, the moving company helped us with a separate shipment to our daughters in the Midwest.”

On October 18, 2016, Bernard and Elizabeth moved into their new home and are living life to the fullest.

“We’ve met so many wonderful people and continue to enjoy all our pre-move activities,” says Elizabeth. “I absolutely hands-down recommend Anna to anyone considering a move to Greenspring.”
