Oleander Lounge, serving breakfast and lunch, is one of the newest amenities to open at Eagle’s Trace.

With the opening of Amarillo Terrace, the newest residence building at Eagle’s Trace, the West Houston community gained a host of amenities in addition to 108 beautifully appointed apartment homes.

“Eagle’s Trace has all the amenities of a small town—restaurants, fitness centers, a medical center, bank, salon, and general store,” says Sales Director Pam Burgeson. “Everything is connected to the residence buildings via climate-controlled walkways, so our residents don’t have to go out in inclement weather to access these amenities.”

More places to dine

The opening of Amarillo Terrace added two new dining venues to the West Houston Erickson Living community.

Open nightly for dinner, Stetsons features a variety of menu items ranging from entrée salads and hot sandwiches to grilled meats and Italian favorites. It is the third restaurant to open on campus, joining the Garden Room Restaurant and the Eagle’s Roost Café.

“Residents are excited to have another dining option,” says Sam Power, who serves on the Resident Advisory Council (RAC) as the liaison to dining services. “As a member of the RAC, I had the opportunity to eat at Stetson’s during its soft opening and had a wonderful experience.”

Located just outside Stetsons, the Oleander Lounge offers a more casual dining option for breakfast and lunch.

Breakfast options include cinnamon rolls, pastries, muffins, scones, oatmeal, quiche, and an assortment of cereals and fruit.

The lunch menu includes flatbread pizzas, panini sandwiches, soups, and salads.

In addition to the new dining venues, Amarillo Terrace houses a fitness center, theater room, and classroom.
