The Fraser: One Bedroom, One and a Half Bath

With its diagonal wall, the extra-large one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath Fraser floor plan looks unique on paper. Wind Crest Sales Director Jason Atwell is watching it sell out quickly.

Making its Wind Crest debut in the community’s newest and final residence building, Mt. Rosa Court, the floor plan has been extremely popular at Erickson Living communities in North Dallas, Tex., and Overland Park, Kans.

“It looks unique on the page, but once people see it in person, they jump on the chance to reserve it,” Atwell says. “It has been extremely successful at our other communities.”

Desirable diagonal

The Fraser’s diagonal wall not only makes it unique, it also makes it desirable. The wall creates a spacious, open layout.

The kitchen’s counters and cabinets are set against the diagonal wall, which connects to the adjacent Ridgway model. The refrigerator and pantry bookend the counter tops.

A large island creates separation between the dining and living areas while maintaining a large, light-filled space. Two generously sized walk-in closets within the living space provide abundant storage—and that’s in addition to the spacious walk-in closet located in the master bedroom.

In the bedroom, accessible from the living area, a picture window fills the room with bright, natural light. In the master bath, a full-sized washer and dryer hide behind double doors. A double vanity allows for two people to have their own personal space. The half bath, just off the foyer, is convenient for guests.

Great value

At 986 square feet and a 90% refundable entrance deposit between $294,000 and $313,000 (the Residence and Care Agreement has all the details), the Fraser is an excellent value—and one that surely won’t be available for long.

The Fraser is one of 17 floor plan styles available in Mt. Rosa Court, expected to open in 2018. It is also one of three never-before-seen layouts inspired by customer feedback to debut in the new residence building.

Each of the 126 apartment homes in Mt. Rosa Court will boast upgraded lighting and flooring, modern kitchens, and fine finishes throughout. Reservists who secure their homes before the end of June will be able to choose their preferred finishes and upgrades to personalize their homes before construction begins.

Mt. Rosa Court will connect to the amenities and services in nearby High Line Overlook Clubhouse by weatherproof, enclosed walkways. The fitness center, all-season pool, on-site medical center, and restaurants are also accessible by an indoor bridge or a short, complimentary shuttle ride. The new building features several community spaces and convenient access to parking.

Wind Crest has begun accepting reservations from priority list members for apartment homes in Mt. Rosa Court. To join the priority list and have the opportunity to reserve a brand new home at Wind Crest—which may be the last, at least for a while—call 1-800-710-2374.

Why join the priority list?

Priority list membership includes much more than the opportunity to reserve a home at Wind Crest before anyone else.

Priority list members also receive exclusive invitations to luncheons and special events, and they’re the first to learn of any new construction.

All it takes to join is a fully refundable $1,000 deposit and a $150-per-person nonrefundable application fee. When prospective residents submit their deposit, that date is noted as their priority list date. As apartment homes become available, the sales team gives first right of refusal to priority list members based on their joining date.

With Wind Crest’s existing inventory completely sold out, joining the priority list is the only way to secure a future home at the community.

“Mt. Rosa Court is the last opportunity to move into a brand new apartment home at Wind Crest for the foreseeable future,” says Sales Counselor Molly Thorne.
