At 996 spacious square feet, the extra-large, one-and-a-half-bath Bristol is an excellent value.

At 996 spacious square feet, the extra-large, one-and-a-half-bath Bristol is an excellent value.

With its diagonal shape, the extra-large, one-bedroom Bristol floor plan looks unique on paper. But Lantern Hill Sales Counselor Kathy Banks has confidence that it will sell out quickly.

Making its Lantern Hill debut in the community’s second phase of development, the floor plan was designed with luxurious living in mind.

Desirable diagonal

The Bristol’s diagonal shape not only makes it unique, it also makes it desirable.

The spacious, open layout features a large half-bath and separate enclosed area for a full-size, side-by-side washer and dryer.

The kitchen’s U shape and wide breakfast bar allow a gracious flow for entertaining, and the living room with the generous bay window creates multiple patterns for furniture placement that can include a full-size dining room set. The combined central living area of the apartment home is large and light-filled.

Hardwood floors give a classic, finished look to the living area, while wall-to-wall carpeting lends comfort and warmth to the large bedroom and deep walk-in closet.

In the bedroom, a picture window fills the room with natural light. In the master bath, a double vanity allows for two people to maintain their own personal space.

Great value

At 996 square feet, the Bristol is an excellent value—and one that surely won’t be available for long.

The Bristol is one of 13 unique floor plans and 7 brand new layouts to debut in Lantern Hill’s two new residence buildings. These floor plans were inspired by customer feedback on the types of apartment home styles they would most like to see.

All 114 homes in Maple Glen and Oakwood Court will feature amenities already popular in Lantern Hill’s existing residence buildings, including spacious layouts, modern kitchens, granite countertops, wood cabinetry and flooring, brushed nickel fixtures, and stainless steel appliances. Walk-in closets are in select apartment homes, as are full-size washers and dryers.

Maple Glen and Oakwood Court apartment homes will also be delivered in a variety of selected finishes for the granite countertops, ceramic tile, stainless steel appliances, and wood flooring.

Each new apartment at Maple Glen and Oakwood Court will be easily accessible to Union Square via climate-controlled walkways. Union Square is the hub of activity. There, community members have access to the on-site medical center, fitness and aquatics centers, salon and spa, classrooms, art studio, and three on-site restaurants.

Why join the priority list?

Priority list membership includes much more than the opportunity to reserve a home at Lantern Hill before anyone else.

Priority list members also receive exclusive invitations to luncheons and special events.

All it takes to join is a fully refundable $1,000 deposit and a $150-per person nonrefundable application fee. When prospective residents submit their deposit, that date is noted as their priority list date. As apartment homes become available, whether brand new or previously occupied—the sales team gives first right of refusal to priority list members based on their joining date.

Earlier this year, Lantern Hill’s 500 priority list members had the opportunity to reserve apartments in Maple Glen and Oakwood Court before the general public. Lantern Hill experienced robust sales and positive feedback on floor plan choices. They expect Maple Glen and Oakwood Court to sell out by end of summer.
