More than a hundred new neighbors are moving into Ashby Ponds’ newest residence building, Cherry Blossom Square.

This month, Cherry Blossom Square, the newest independent living residence building at Ashby Ponds, will open its doors to more than a hundred new neighbors eager to join the thriving Erickson Living community in Ashburn, Va.

“Our goal is to meet the tremendous demand for the Erickson Living lifestyle in Loudoun County,” says Holly Henderson, director of sales at Ashby Ponds. “The opening of Cherry Blossom Square brings us one step closer to our goal of bringing the gold standard in continuing care retirement living to as many people as possible.”

Living the dream

Each of the new Cherry Blossom Square apartment homes features amenities already popular at Ashby Ponds, including airy layouts and beautiful finishes, modernized kitchens with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, walk-in closets, and custom flooring and light fixtures. Convenient under-building parking is also available.

Each new apartment home is also easily accessible to both Great Oak Clubhouse and the Cardinal Clubhouse via climate-controlled walkways. Inside the clubhouses, community members enjoy an on-site medical center, fitness and aquatics center, performing arts theater, day spa, classrooms, computer lab, and arts studio. Five restaurants located throughout the community offer a wide range, of healthy, delicious meals.

Just the beginning

After more than a year without new construction, Ashby Ponds ushers in a new period of growth with the opening of Cherry Blossom Square.

In order to meet demand, two more residence buildings, Birch Point and Cypress Ridge, will open early next year.

“Our hiatus from construction provided us the opportunity to determine what both our residents and future residents want most when it comes to choosing an apartment home,” says Henderson. “The offerings in these new residence buildings reflect those desires. As a result, even though we are still months out from opening Birch Point and Cypress Ridge, these apartments are in demand and selling out quickly.”

For anyone who’s been waiting for our newest homes, this summer is the perfect time to schedule a visit, learn more, and enjoy a sneak peek at these new additions.
