Visitors to Ann’s Choice now will experience the late summer beauty of its impressively landscaped and maintained 103-acre grounds.

People interested in living at Ann’s Choice, Erickson Living’s retirement community in Bucks County, Pa., should join its priority list.

The priority list allows prospective residents to reserve their place in line for the apartment style of their choice. All it takes to join is a fully refundable $1,000 deposit and a $150-per-person, nonrefundable application fee.

Members also receive invitations to exclusive priority list events and have the opportunity to experience the community’s lifestyle firsthand through what Sales Director Deborah Olcese calls the “Ann’s Choice Experience.”

Be a part of it all

Through this new benefit, members are invited to visit the campus and participate in a host of activities.

A special priority list badge will identify them to people who already live at Ann’s Choice, so they can expect friendly hellos and requests to hear what life is really like at Ann’s Choice.

During their visits, priority list members are encouraged to pick up a monthly events calendar to see what activities they might drop in on.

They can use the on-site fitness center and all-season swimming pool. And they can have lunch at an Ann’s Choice restaurant and purchase their meal at a discounted price.

If space is available, they can even go on trips with Ann’s Choice’s travel group at the same discounted rate that community members pay.

In short, members can experience the pulse of the community and the carefree lifestyle they’ll enjoy during the next, best years of their lives.

Stay overnight

The most exciting perk is the opportunity for a complimentary stay in Ann’s Choice’s “experience suite.”

With the sales office handling arrangements, members will receive an itinerary based on their interests and be connected with residents who share those interests. They’ll also be paired with an Ann’s Choice ambassador.

Come evening, they’ll dine with a resident host at the campus restaurant of their choice to enjoy cooked-to-order entrees and delectable desserts from an extensive Signature Dining menu. A tip: the ice creams are addictive.
