Community members at Devonshire at PGA National, Erickson Living’s senior living community in Palm Beach Gardens, enjoy resort-style living highlighted by 5-star service and enviable amenities.

The superior service begins even before they move in.

Through Erickson Realty and Moving Services, Devonshire’s personal moving consultant provides helpful advice and referrals to preferred moving-related experts, including senior move managers, moving companies, and real estate professionals.

She also monitors every phase of a resident’s move.

Inder and Manju Sethi used Erickson Realty and Moving Services for their move from Boynton Beach to Devonshire this summer.

During a complimentary home visit, Devonshire’s personal moving consultant developed a floor plan of how things would fit perfectly in the beautiful and spacious two-bedroom apartment home they’d chosen.

She also stayed in touch throughout the couple’s move.

“It was an excellent experience,” Inder says.

Trusted vendors

The Sethis used a Devonshire-recommended real estate agent and mover. Inder was highly pleased with both.

He was impressed that the agent suggested the same listing price as they’d received from a neighbor, who was also in real estate and lived in the same style house as the Sethis.

They also liked his marketing approach: The agent took interior, exterior, and aerial photographs of their home, and he tracked information about the number of visitors and their comments.

In 1980 Inder and Manju completed a two-stage move from India via Kuwait to America. On that move and one some years later, they had to pay more than they were told it would cost.

In contrast, “The Devonshire move was a dream,” Inder says.

The crew was consistently polite, pleasant, and accommodating. “And,” he adds, “the price we were told was the price we paid.”

Inder and Manju are extremely happy about their new life at Devonshire. “Everyone has been warm and welcoming,” says Inder.

And when one of the Sethis’ sons and two granddaughters came in July to see Devonshire for themselves, they were happy as well.
