“Everything I could have wanted was offered here at Oak Crest,” says Carolyn Zink, Oak Crest resident.

Carolyn Zick had heard lots of good things about Oak Crest, the Erickson Living community four miles down the road from her home in Perry Hall, Md. So when she began searching for a new place more suited for her active lifestyle, she quickly discovered why Oak Crest has earned accolades from so many of her friends and acquaintances.

“Everything I could have wanted was offered here at Oak Crest,” says Carolyn. “I was looking for a ‘no worries’ kind of lifestyle and that’s exactly what you get here. Everything you can think of is taken care of.”

Perfect fit

Confident after just one visit that Oak Crest was the perfect fit, Carolyn was ready to select her apartment and get the ball rolling. And the expert team at Oak Crest was there to help her every step of the way.

“The move itself wasn’t hard at all,” says Carolyn. “Oak Crest provided a folder with real estate agents and movers they recommended and everything went smoothly.”

But before a single piece of furniture was moved, Carolyn was busy redesigning her new home. To help her with her vision, she worked with Oak Crest’s Custom Interiors coordinator, who helped her plan the home of her dreams.

“I had a lot of upgrades in my townhouse, and it was important to me to get those same things in my new apartment,” says Carolyn. “Working with the Oak Crest Design Center was wonderful. I was able to customize my apartment any way I wanted to. I chose granite countertops, chair railing, crown molding, custom flooring, and paint colors. They even recommended reputable companies for window coverings.”

Since moving four months ago, Carolyn is enjoying her newfound freedom and worry-free lifestyle.

“I couldn’t be happier! I love my apartment and the way everything turned out,” says Carolyn. “I’m very active and there are a million things to do here.”
