For people considering a move in the next six months to Devonshire at PGA National, now is the time to visit and see its resort-style living for themselves.

Since last October, Sales Counselor Donna Schneider has been scheduling back-to-back appointments with people interested in moving to Erickson Living’s beautiful resort-style senior living community in Palm Beach Gardens.

“In one month alone, we reserved our model apartments, created new models, and reserved those,” she says. “Limited availability and your timetable for moving are extra important this season.”

Join the priority list

She encourages people who are interested in Devonshire to join its priority list.

Joining the list saves your place in line for the apartment style you prefer. It requires only a $1,000 fully refundable deposit and a $150-per-person nonrefundable application fee to join.

The day you submit your deposit is noted as your priority list date. Once your preferred floor plan becomes available, the sales team gives first right of refusal to priority list members based on their joining date.

Your date never changes, and the earlier you join the more likely you are to move on your desired timetable.

Come spend the day

Priority list members have access to special privileges and exclusive priority list events. They can spend the day at Devonshire experiencing the people, activities, and world-class cuisine that community members enjoy every day.

They also get invited to attend clubhouse events such as Monday night dinner theater performances, lounge entertainment, and dinner on weekend nights, or lectures by renowned Florida Atlantic University professors.

They can even attend fitness classes and special interest groups.

Schneider has information about all these exclusive opportunities.

A quintessential resort lifestyle

Resort-style living at Devonshire extends beyond its spacious apartment homes, 65,000-square-foot clubhouse, and beautifully maintained 26-acre grounds.

Its community members benefit from Devonshire’s corporate golf membership at PGA National Resort and Spa: They have access to PGA’s fitness center, classes, and membership events, and they enjoy discounts to play golf or tennis and to visit its spas and pro shop.

Devonshire also provides invaluable peace of mind because of its designation as a life care community and its proximity to Chatsworth, Devonshire’s continuing care neighborhood, which was recognized by U.S. News and World Report as a 2016-2017 Best Nursing Home (details about life care are available in Devonshire’s Residence Contract).

Take a tour

People who’ve never visited Devonshire don’t know what they’re missing. Tours of its model apartments let visitors see and touch the superior quality and durability of the materials, cabinetry, and finishes.

The spaciousness of the homes is on display as well. Devonshire’s apartment homes are the largest of any senior living community apartments in Southeast Florida, and its closets are equally impressive in size.

“Touring especially highlights the apartment features people most appreciate,” Schneider says,” wider doorways, comfort-height counters, large showers, and plentiful bathroom lighting.”

People who’ve reserved their apartment can also work with Gayle Hills in Devonshire’s design center to customize their home and make it truly their own.

So come visit. Call 1-800-442-7650 to schedule an appointment and personal tour with Schneider and see what your life could be like at Devonshire.

“I want to get to know you,” she says, “your likes and dislikes. I want you to make the decision that’s right for you, and I want you to be happy.”
