The Brighton—One bedroom, one bath (patio units available)

If you scored mostly As, you like to keep things simple and social. You spend most of your time out and about with friends and little time at home, so you don’t need extra rooms to clean. You’d rather keep your living expenses at a minimum and put money saved toward entertainment, travel, or hobbies. The spacious one-bedroom, one-bath Brighton gives you all the space you need to enjoy life to the fullest.

“It was too much for us to take care of,” Evelyn Bumbaca says of her and her husband Ralph’s former home at Leisure Village West, a 55-plus community in Toms River, N.J. “This is a great size, the Brighton.”

The Harrison—Two bedroom, one bath (patio units available)

If you scored mostly Bs, the large two-bedroom, one-bath Harrison fits you to a T. A large master bedroom with walk-in closet gives you a tranquil space to settle down after a day of activities on campus. And a second bedroom can multitask as an office, music room, and spare room for visitors; store seasonal items like decorations and clothing in its closets. Patio units are available for those who like to garden or want to create an outdoor reading nook.

“I like the fact that it has windows in the kitchen. That made a difference,” Shirley Wagenhorst says of her and her husband Raymond’s Harrison-style apartment home. “We’re looking at woods, which is very similar to what we had in our New York home in the mid-Hudson Valley.”

The Jackson—Two bedroom, two bath with extra-large walk-in closet

If you scored mostly Cs, the large two-bedroom, two-bath Jackson fits you to a T. Host the grandkids for a night and bake cookies; you’ll have plenty of room for sleepovers with the spacious second bedroom and bath. Or use the light-filled spare room as an arts, crafts, or sewing studio. You can store supplies in its two closets. This two-bedroom is popular for good reason—it’s one of the most versatile floor plans available at Seabrook.

“We wanted a corner end unit so we have windows on two sides, and we overlook the woods. We chose the Jackson model, which has two bedrooms, two full baths, and a good-size eat-in kitchen, so we could host overnight guests, which we have done on several occasions,” says Franklin Berry, a snowbird who lives at Seabrook five months of the year with his wife Cathie. The other six months, they live in Stuart, Fla.
