With the newest residence building at Wind Crest, Mt. Rosa Court, open just two months and nearly fully occupied, the Highlands Ranch, Colo., community’s priority list is at an all-time high.

“People are realizing that Wind Crest offers a desirable lifestyle and a great value. But more importantly, they’re realizing that the only way to guarantee a home here when you’re ready to move is to join the priority list,” says Sales Counselor Molly Thorne.

Joining the priority list is simple. Members pay a fully refundable $1,000 deposit and a $150 per-person, nonrefundable application fee. Once this deposit is made, the date is noted as the member’s priority list date. Members are encouraged to select a preferred floor plan style. When a home that fits their preferences becomes available, it will be offered to them with the right of first refusal based on their joining date.

“Homes in Mt. Rosa Court sold quickly, which is why people find it so important to join the priority list at Wind Crest—to preserve a priority date that allows them to be offered an available home prior to the general public or people with priority dates after them,” says Sales Counselor Tony Stephenson.

Meeting demand

Wind Crest recently promoted Stephenson from sales associate to sales counselor to meet the demand for people who want to live at Wind Crest.

Another way they’ve geared up to meet demand for Wind Crest’s desirable lifestyle has been to announce a new neighborhood with the construction of Prospect Crossing. The new residence building with 111 new homes will open next spring and connect this Colorado-themed neighborhood to The High Line Overlook.

The new four-story building, features a variety of the most popular floor plans, including five brand-new designs.

“The best way to see what’s available now and what’s coming in the near future is to come in for a personal tour and join the priority list,” says Thorne.

Priority list benefits

“During your personal tour, we’ll discuss your lifestyle and determine which floor plans will best suit your needs,” Stephenson says. “Once you join the priority list, you’ll have the opportunity to reserve a brand-new home in Prospect Crossing or choose from something that is available now. You can always pass and not lose your place in line for the next available apartment home.”

Priority list members also receive invitations to exclusive events and moving workshops, they have access to Personal Moving Consultant Beth Brandenburg for personalized moving advice and assistance, and they are the first to learn of new construction.
