March 2019 marked the beginning of a new era at Siena Lakes, Erickson Senior Living’s newest community in North Naples, Fla. For the first time ever, the sales center began accepting reservations from priority list members for the community’s first phase of construction.

As a result, a record number of future community members are currently visiting the sales center and meeting with Sales Counselors Kristine Kluge and Suzy McAllister in the hopes of keeping up to date and informed on the exciting weeks and months ahead.

“The ability to reserve one of the first homes at Siena Lakes is the opportunity everyone has been waiting for,” says McAllister. “As a result, more and more people are scheduling visits to our sales center to learn more about our community and to find out how they can make Siena Lakes their future home.”

But once seniors get familiar with the community, decide to make the move, and are ready to reserve an apartment home, the most common question Kluge and McAllister receive is, “Where do I start?”

Join the priority list

The first step to reserving an apartment home at Siena Lakes is joining the priority list. This membership is completely risk-free and gives members access to more than just reserving their place in line for their preferred floor plans.

Priority list membership also provides prospective residents with invitations to exclusive events, including workshops, seminars, parties, and luncheons—as well as advance notice of important community news and announcements, before the general public is informed.

“The Siena Lakes sales center is now taking reservations for the first apartment homes exclusively from members of our priority list,” says Kluge. “The opportunity to be a pioneer resident of the community is arguably the biggest benefit of joining.”

Choose the perfect floor plan

Siena Lakes offers a portfolio of stunning, maintenance-free floor plans to choose from, so you’re sure to find one that fits your lifestyle, personal taste, and budget. And with a screened-in lanai accompanying every apartment home overlooking the beautiful water features and natural Florida scenery, there simply isn’t a bad view in the community.

Those looking for simplified one-level living will find plenty of stylish options among Siena Lakes’ one-bedroom floor plans.

The Bacino, for example, boasts a beautiful kitchen that opens onto a spacious living and dining area, where the adjoining den can transform into an office, craft space, or mini theater room. “Just picture yourself relaxing in the master suite,” says McAllister. “It’s impossible not to smile!”

For the most sought-after floor plans on campus, future community members will want to explore
Siena Lakes’ two-bedroom selections, like the Stella.

This grand, two-bedroom layout is great for hosting family gatherings, with an extensive breakfast bar connecting the open kitchen to both the dining room and the living area. And with guests welcome to stay overnight at Siena Lakes, the second bedroom and connected full bath give everyone their own space.

Make it personal

Because Siena Lakes will shortly be under construction, reserving an apartment home sooner rather than later allows future residents to select the finishes for their cabinets, countertops, flooring, and more.

Many elegant finishes come standard in each floor plan, including quartz countertops, GE appliances, ceramic tiling in the bathrooms, and wood plank flooring in the kitchen.

Perhaps best of all, every apartment home is customizable to a new resident’s style preferences. “Every Siena Lakes resident who reserves their apartment home now has the opportunity to really personalize their space,” says Kluge. “They can make it a perfect fit with their taste and lifestyle.”

Ready to reserve

When priority list members are ready to reserve, they can call the Siena Lakes sales center to schedule a reservation appointment and select their preferred floor plans and finishes. There will be plenty of business on the agenda, but it’s also a time to celebrate.

“We want people to enjoy their reservation appointments,” says McAllister. “After all, it’s the beginning of such an exciting new chapter!”
