Meeting one-on-one with her will give visitors an up-close glimpse into what makes Seabrook so popular. 

Here’s what to expect during your personal visit:

Q: What is included in my personal visit? 

A: First, we’ll sit down in my office over a snack of freshly baked cookies where you’ll have my undivided attention for an entire hour. There is absolutely no pressure; we just want to provide you with an opportunity to gather information related to your interests and needs so you can make an informed decision about your next move.

I’ll answer all of your questions and explain how you can benefit from everything our carefree lifestyle offers. 

Then, after listening to your interests, I’ll carefully tailor your campus tour. We’ll visit the amenities and services you wish to see, for example, our three campus restaurants, full-service medical center, fitness center, gardens, salon, or woodshop.

If you’d like to check out a club or activity, we can do that. If you’d like to attend a church service in our interfaith chapel, we can do that as well. 

Q: Will we see apartment homes on the tour? 

A: Absolutely. I’ll show you a variety of decorated models as well as available homes. We’ll discuss your lifestyle needs, and I can help you choose which homes to focus on. 

If you’ve taken virtual apartment tours on our website and want to see a particular style, I can arrange that, too. 

Q: Will we discuss finances?

A: Yes. We’re completely transparent about the cost of our homes, the monthly service package, and our financial structure. We will go over each of these aspects in detail.

We’ll also review your budget and discuss which apartment styles will suit you best.
